I'm clearing out my "Printed Words" list to make way for the books of 2011, but it made me sad to think of just deleting them, so here's what I read in the past year. (Incidentally, I'm in graduate school and I read at least a book a week if not more for school, so I'm not counting all of those books. These were for pleasure, and are the ones that were memorable):

Mmmm, Dorian Gray. :D Hey, I've got a book for you to read on your Kindle - Kidnapping the Lorax. It was written by my aunt Patty! And it's only five bucks! I really liked it, and I'm only slightly biased. :D Also, you should call me soon, because I miss you. Love!
We are book reading soul mates, Bethan. Every book on that list is either one I've recently read, want to read, or now that I've seen it, want to know what it is. Also- just started "Mockingjay" - I'm obsessed with the series! And Mandy and Bethan- include my three cheers for Dorian Gray also! :)
Also! I just read a book called "The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ" by Philip Pullman. It literally only took me a day to read, but I'm desperate for someone else to read it for the purpose of discussion. So if you read it, let me know!!
Thanks for the recommendations! I looked up Kidnapping the Lorax on my Kindle and it looks like a really good story (especially since I'm getting progressively more crunchy-granola-y the older I get) - I look forward to reading it!
Also, Toohey - what happened to that book blog?
